Our RD center is committed to magnetic device R&D and innovation, and strive to become the top domestic and international magnetic device suppliers. After more than 10 years of research and development, the team has the ability to provide customers with high quality devices, technical consulting services, and the ability to solve customer pain points. Our R&D team is proficient in a variety of software, covering modeling, permanent magnet simulation, mold flow analysis, rendering and other modules, as well as a variety of machining processes, various types of molding processes, magnetic circuit layout design, engineering and assembly processes and other skills. We are able to efficiently combine the application requirements of customers, improve the overall competitiveness of products through process innovation, design optimization, and provide a strong guarantee for the research and development of all kinds of new applications of devices on the ground molding.

 

Our R&D team focuses on permanent magnet drive series: permanent magnet removal and filtration, permanent magnet adsorption series, magnetic consumer products series. It has been widely used in new energy materials and equipment, automation equipment, chemical industry, medical care, daily civilian and other fields.

 

The R&D center has been authorized more than 100 patents at home and abroad, including four invention patents, 67 utility model patents and 35 appearance patents.

 

At the same time, our R & D team helps the R & D projects of universities and colleges (Peking University, Zhejiang University, etc.), and participates in the design of permanent magnetic devices for many scientific research projects, and provides magnetic devices that meet the needs of the projects, and assists in the successful completion of the projects.

 

Our R&D test center is equipped with Hexagon three-seat meter, three-dimensional magnetic field distribution scanner, magnetic declination tester and other high-precision test equipment, which can provide effective data for the verification of technical requirements of the device.

Permanent magnet simulation capability

We can analyze the functional parameters of permanent magnet components with the help of professional permanent magnet simulation software:

  1. Simulation of magnetization of magnets with different properties and shapes.

Case 1: Simulation of the theoretical magnetization of the end face of a shaft-filled magnet along the measuring line.

1, The outer ring magnets ①, ③, ⑤, ⑦, ⑨, ⑪, ⑬, ⑮N poles face inward (spaced assembly) and are glued to the outer substrate and screwed and locked in place.
