effect of a magnetic field on sarcoma 37 ascites tumour cells
This exchange involves the work of the magnetic field on the effects of in vitro living abdominal tumor cells. The hanging- One month of dilution preparation of ship culture-day- Old transplanted mouse tumors equaled with a suitable Tirol solution. The culture slides exposed to the magnetic field were then placed between the poles of the Alnico permanent magnet and in a horizontal position at a constant temperature of 37 °c. The field strength used during the experiment is about 4,000 Gaussian, which is independently determined by the localization technology. Control slides that were not exposed to the site were treated the same. Microscope examination of slides is carried out regularly.
